Address Correction Policy It is very important that we receive a complete and accurate address for shipping orders. Because our delivery service charges a $5.00 fee for an incomplete or wrong address, we are forced to pass the charges on to you. We stress the importance of a complete address including the street address, (with any apartment or suite number) city, and zip code. You will be charged an address correction fee if your information submitted is inaccurate. If you are assessed an address correction fee it will be charged to your credit card and we will email you a copy for your records. Delivery Times

Be sure to include your personal purchasing details and details of the product purchased. The cost to ship the product back to the warehouse will be paid by the customer. Defective ProductsOn most products, we will accept returns of defective product for replacement for up to 90 days after the date of the invoice. If a product has a longer warranty period, it will be indicated in the product description on our web site. All returns require a Return Authorization Number. The cost to ship the replacement product(s) back to you will be paid by Surveillance Equipment and Personal Security. Please test the product(s) before returning it. Many items shipped back as defective turn out to be in working order; some after doing something as simple as putting in new batteries. If an item is returned and found to be working, the customer will be required to pay all return shipping charges.
